More than 10 years of experience in formulating and deploying effective organizational communication strategies that drive sales and increase penetration. Skilled in finding the right mix of communication and marketing vehicles and developing messaging that effectively resonates with the target audience, his experience spans a number of industries and organizations.
Prior to Lennox, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy where, among other things, he engineered a turnaround in public program attendance through a rigorous ROI-based approach and the effective deployment of the range of marketing tactical approaches. During his tenure, public program attendance went from a 15%-below-target rate in the three prior quarters to his arrival (2007) to an average of 11%-beyond-target in his three last quarters (2008). He has also served in marketing, communications, and program management roles either as full-time staff or consultant with, among others, National Geographic Society, The Nature Conservancy, E Source, Plexus Scientific, Development Alternatives, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. He has lived and worked in Holland and completed consulting assignments to Sri Lanka, Spain, Egypt and Bolivia. Charley holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a bachelors degree from Princeton.
